Timothy Michael Morrison, locally known as “T-Mike Morrison” have been here on the beach for a long time and spent over 14 years as Head Lifeguard for the Town of Kill Devil Hills. Even during that tenure, he loved real estate and have been an active agent for more years than he care to remember. He has developed and marketed a large number of projects and is in the throes of the largest one yet. He has worked with virtually all the local banks to create innovative financial structuring to reduce risks and maximize rewards.
For a large part of his life, he was a Fire Captain in the Fairfax County Virginia fire department. He is totally familiar with local governments, regulations, laws and local traditions. He works well with both town and city officials. His experiences in the past have more than adequately prepared him to help you with your real estate needs without regard as to how extensive they are or might become.
